_BitScanForward64 is not available for 32-bit x86, so the i386-mswin32 build failed at prism.c. Use the portable fallback there, as ntz_int64 in internal/bits.h does. This was fixed in ruby/ruby (ruby/ruby@2a96d32) but not here, so syncing from here reverts it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Ruby 1.9.1 dropped DJGPP and Windows CE, and Ruby 2.3 dropped Borland C. This was changed in ruby/ruby (ruby/ruby@7058490) but not here, so syncing from here reverts it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

These two changes were made directly to the copy of prism in ruby/ruby and never landed here, so a sync from this repository reverts them.
_BitScanForward64only on 64-bit MSVC (ruby/ruby@2a96d32a95)_BitScanForward64is not available on 32-bit x86, so the i386-mswin32 build fails atprism.c. Fall back to the portable implementation there.host_ospatterns (ruby/ruby@7058490a7f) Ruby 1.9.1 dropped DJGPP and Windows CE, and Ruby 2.3 dropped Borland C.Both commits keep the original author. After this, the three files are identical to the ones in ruby/ruby master.
