Independent developer, game designer, artist. pawper.dev
pawper.dev is my portfolio and publishing platform, built with Astro, React and TypeScript behind a sci-fi LCARS interface. Projects pull live from GitHub at build time, writing lives in content collections and cross-posts to Dev.to, and the site is built to be read by AI agents as well as people: llms.txt, agent cards, WebMCP tools and a resume PDF generated on every deploy.
Foundations of Digital Agency is a tutorial series for people who want to run their own tools instead of renting them: the command line, Git and GitHub, WSL, Docker, SSH and security, then agent setup and AI-assisted workflows, one foundation per part. Written for newcomers and cross-posted to Dev.to.
Bitblitzin Softworks is the software studio I founded in San Francisco, making bitsized betterment: small apps for getting a little better every day. Each one gives you a kind, easy place to start, with no streaks to lose and nothing that nags. Start with a bit, then blitz: small wins add up, and over time they turn into real momentum. At Station and Draw A Bit, below, are its apps.
At Station is a calm, station-based schedule for Wear OS, Android and the web. Your day is made of stations, the places and modes you return to, and your watch gives a soft chime to keep you where you mean to be, with a Red Alert only when you are late. The phone notices where you are, the watch works with the phone left behind, and the web is for planning and review. Built with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose for Wear OS, Next.js and Supabase.
Draw A Bit is a calm drawing-practice app for the web. Short timed exercises and skills, alone or with friends, in a quiet workspace of movable panes, with a catalog of public domain reference packs from museums and libraries. Draw together in small live sessions, watch a broadcast and draw along, or schedule a session for later. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Supabase, with Cloudflare Realtime for live rooms. A product of Bitblitzin Softworks.
agent-project-bootstrap is a Claude Code plugin for projects where many coding agents work at once. It decides one home for each kind of thing, refuses the commands that make agents collide, merges in batches, and opens every session with the live state of the project. Built from what went wrong on real projects, one lesson per pull request.
